Chicago, IL ( 1st May, 2009) – PINGLINE Vice President Vincent Ma participated in a plenary panel on emerging market growth last week at the International Marketing Symposium hosted by DePaul University in Chicago, Il. More than 500 attendees came for this event.
The panel touched on key economic and marketing issues, including credit availability and challenging issues in emerging markets. Mr. Ma remarked, “As one of the largest technology promotional products supplier and manufacturer, we will continue to invest in emerging markets like Chinese, Eastern European and South American markets”. Mr. Ma added, “Large firms are looking inward during the downturn, trying to figure out how to optimize their businesses. As medium size companies should look for more investment opportunities in emerging markets” He cited specific internet companies’ growth in emerging markets as an example where price, inventory and supply chain can be optimized.
